Established in 2017, Women In Property began as a small group of women in property supporting each other over informal networking events. Run by passionate volunteers and supported by our generous industry partners, today we are a rapidly growing not-for-profit organisation representing over 700 members from all facets of development. 

We are dedicated to providing a comprehensive annual program of opportunities, content and events to support, celebrate and inspire our members. 

  • We support our members by enabling them to form strong connections with like-minded women, providing a safe place to have a voice. We have an extensive charitable focus and provide informal mentoring opportunities.

  • The work we do inspires action and encourages our members to explore new possibilities and opportunities for growth. By providing access to information, unique experiences and learning, our members feel empowered, energised and uplifted by being part of our group. We also inspire corporate members, sponsors and the industry at large to get involved with WP.

  • We want to see more empowered female leaders in the property industry and give our members opportunities to achieve their goals through professional and personal growth. We elevate the conversation and address important issues that women in our industry face.

  • We represent women of all professional levels and roles within the property development and construction industry. We aim to eliminate discrimination in the property industry and compel companies to provide better opportunities for women to thrive in property.

  • We recognise the great work and achievements of our members and give them a forum to share and celebrate their success. We are all about championing women in property, and love celebrating our individual and collective progress.
